All matches are played according to the rules of the Swedish Floorball Federation (SIBF), as far as possible.
Group Stage and Points
Teams are divided into groups where each team plays all others.

Win = 3 points

Draw = 1 point

Loss = 0 points
If teams are tied in points, the following criteria apply in order:

Playoffs
All playoff matches are knockout games.
If a match ends in a draw, it goes directly to a penalty shootout.
Three penalties per team are taken first, followed by one at a time until a winner is determined.
In finals, five minutes of sudden death (effective time) is played first. If still tied, the match is decided by penalties as above.
Age Categories

JAS: Players born in 2007 or later, according to SIBF rules

P16: Players born in 2009 or later
No age exemptions will be granted.
Match Time
Group stage matches are played in 2 x 20 minutes running time.
The last minute is played with effective time.
There is a 2-minute halftime break, and no side switch.
In playoffs, the same time rules apply, but the last 3 minutes are played with effective time.
Time-outs
Time-outs are not allowed in the group stage.
In playoffs, each team is allowed one 30-second time-out per match.
Players and Team Roster
A team may have a maximum of 20 players per match.
All players must be included in the official roster submitted the day before the tournament.
Players not on the list are not allowed to participate, and players cannot be added afterward.
Equipment
All players must wear jerseys with numbers on both front and back.
Duplicate numbers are not allowed in a match.
In case of similar jersey colors, the away team must change.
Teams must bring their own balls for warm-up.
On-court warm-up is allowed if time permits and depending on the match schedule.
Players in the P16 category must wear approved protective eyewear, regardless of age. This does not apply to players regularly participating in junior or senior leagues.
Referees and Jury
Referees are appointed by the tournament in cooperation with the Örebro Floorball Federation.
The tournament jury consists of representatives from the organizers and handles protests and disciplinary matters.
The jury’s decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
Protests
Protests must be submitted in writing by the team leader no later than 90 minutes after the match in question.
It is not possible to protest after the team has played its next match.
A protest fee of 2000 SEK must be paid via Swish. The fee is refunded if the protest is approved.
Suspensions
Match penalty 1: The player is suspended for the rest of the match.
Match penalty 2: The player is also suspended from the next match.
Match penalty 3: The jury and disciplinary committee decide on further suspension.
Walkover
If a team forfeits a match, the result is a 0–5 loss.
Venue
All matches are played at Idrottshuset, Eyragatan 1.
Match Schedule and Changes
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, match times, groups, and venues if needed.
Team leaders are responsible for staying informed.
Code of Conduct
All participants must follow the rules in schools and sports facilities.
Alcohol, drugs, and doping are strictly prohibited.
Violators may be disqualified from the tournament and reported to the police.
Insurance
All players must be licensed and insured.
The organizer is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or theft.
Booking and Payment
Booking and payment are done via your CupManager portal.

We cannot guarantee a place in the tournament after this date.
Cancellation and Refunds
No refunds for cancellations made after August 1.
A transaction fee applies to all refunds.
