All matches are played according to the Swedish Floorball Federation’s rules, as far as possible.

Group Stage & Points

The teams are divided into groups where all teams play against each other. A win gives 3 points, a draw gives 1 point, and a loss gives 0 points.

If teams finish level on points, the following order is used to determine the ranking:

1. Points in the group.

2. Head-to-head results – a new table is created including only the teams concerned:

• Head-to-head points.

• Head-to-head goal difference.

• Most goals scored in the head-to-head matches.

1. Total goal difference in the group.

2. Most goals scored during the entire group stage.

3. Fewest penalty minutes.

4. If teams still cannot be separated, the ranking will be decided by a draw.

Playoffs

The playoffs are played as knockout matches. If a match ends in a draw, it goes directly to a penalty shootout. Each team takes three penalties first, followed by one penalty at a time until a winner is decided.

In the finals, 5 minutes of sudden death with effective time will be played first. If the score is still tied, the match will be decided by penalties using the same format.

Age Categories

JAS: Players born in 2008 or later, according to SIBF regulations.
P16: Players born in 2010 or later.

No general age exemptions will be granted. Exceptions may be made in special circumstances. In such cases, please contact us for an assessment.

Prizes & Awards

JAS

First place: 20,000 SEK
Second place: 10,000 SEK worth of Oxdog products at regular price.

P16

First place: 12,000 SEK
Second place: 10,000 SEK worth of Oxdog products at regular price.

Player of the Match will be awarded from the quarter-finals onwards in the A-playoffs in both categories.

An All Star Team will be announced after the final in each category.

Trophies will be awarded to the first and second placed teams in both categories.

Match Duration

During the group stage, matches are played as 2 × 20 minutes with running time. The final minute is played with effective time. There is a 2-minute break between periods and no change of sides.

In the playoffs, the same format applies, but the final 3 minutes are played with effective time.

Time Out

Time outs are not allowed during the group stage.

In the playoffs, each team is allowed one 30-second time out per match.

Players & Squad

A team may have a maximum of 20 players registered for an individual match.

All players must be included on the player list submitted on August 28. Players not included on the list are not allowed to participate, and players cannot be added afterwards.

JAS Elit Cup is responsible for printing the player lists.

Equipment

All players must wear jerseys with numbers on the back. The same number cannot be used by multiple players on the same team during a match.

If both teams have similar jersey colours, the away team must change jerseys.

Own balls must be used during warm-up. Warm-up on the playing surface is allowed depending on available time and the match schedule.

Players participating in competitions intended for players aged 16 or younger must wear approved protective goggles regardless of age.

Players aged 16 or younger participating in junior or senior competitions are not subject to this requirement.

Referees & Tournament Committee

Referees are appointed by the tournament in cooperation with Örebro County Floorball Federation.

The tournament committee consists of representatives from the organizers and handles protests and disciplinary matters. The committee’s decisions cannot be appealed.

Protests

Protests must be submitted in writing by the responsible team official no later than 90 minutes after the relevant match.

A protest cannot be submitted after the team has played its next match.

A protest fee of 2,000 SEK must be paid via Swish and will be refunded if the protest is approved.

Suspensions

Match penalty 1: The player is suspended for the remainder of that match.

Match penalty 2: The player is suspended for the remainder of that match and the following match.

Match penalty 3: The tournament committee and disciplinary committee decide on any further suspension.

Walkover

If a team gives a walkover, the match will be awarded as a 0–5 loss.

Schedule & Changes

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, match times, groups, and venues if necessary.

Team managers are responsible for keeping themselves updated.

Code of Conduct

Everyone must follow the rules and regulations of the schools and sports halls.

Alcohol, drugs, and doping substances are strictly prohibited.

Anyone violating these rules may be removed from the tournament and reported to the police.

Insurance

All players must be licensed and insured.

The organizer is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or theft.

Booking & Payment

Booking and payment are made through your CupManager portal here.

Accommodation + meal package (school accommodation): 995 SEK/person
Includes 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 2 dinners.

Meal package only: 595 SEK/person
Includes 2 lunches and 2 dinners.

The final payment date for participation fees is August 10. After this date, we cannot guarantee a place in the tournament.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made after August 1 will not receive a refund of the participation fee.

If a team withdraws from the tournament, a transaction fee will apply, meaning the full amount will not be refunded.

JAS category: Refund of 4,800 SEK from the original 4,995 SEK.

P16 category: Refund of 4,500 SEK from the original 4,695 SEK.
